After getting a Master’s degree in Computer Science, I have built websites and web-applications for a living since 1999. During that time I’ve dealt with all aspects of developing these web-projects big and small.

One of my strength’s in these projects was bridging the gap between different parties involved in these projects. Getting the tech-team to understand the business needs and priorities, and when needed getting the business to understand the questions and concerns of the tech teams.

One of the biggest challenges is getting the different parties to be clear in what they expect from each other and what parties can offer each other, especially concerning the less visible parts of the project.

If you’re not careful, these invisible parts will present themselves when it’s too late and systems are down or your security has been breached.
